Resolutions are owned by the mover and corrections or amendments may be made by the mover up until the resolution is read into the record at AMPA.
Resolutions must be received by the AMPA Steering Committee at Provincial Office by 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2017 in order to be considered "On Time". After January 31 and up to Thursday, March 9 by 4:00 p.m., resolutions may be submitted using this form and will be deemed “Late.” After March 9, resolutions will only be accepted by Steering at AMPA and will be deemed “From the Floor.”
