Jim Spray
Associate General Secretary

Jim Spray was born and attended elementary and secondary schools in Toronto. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts. Jim worked for Grant Thornton as an auditor, and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation during that time. He later earned his Chartered Director designation from the McMaster University.

Jim joined OSSTF/FEESO in 1991 as the internal auditor, and later became the Controller at the Provincial Office. In July 2011, he was appointed as an Associate General Secretary. His current responsibilities include acting as the Chief Financial Officer and overseeing the Operational Services Division at Provincial Office.
