Jeff Denys
Treasurer

Jeff Denys is a teacher in the Avon Maitland District School Board and was re-elected as the treasurer for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) in 2023. Jeff was first elected to the Provincial Executive as treasurer in 2021.

Jeff has served local OSSTF/FEESO members in various roles for over 18 years, including president and treasurer at both the Bargaining Unit and District levels in District 8 – Avon Maitland. In addition, he was a member of the provincial Finance Committee for seven years, serving the last two years as chair. Jeff has also served on Judicial Council, the Protective Services Committee, and is a former member of the Long-Term Disability Advisory Workgroup.

Jeff is passionate about community advocacy and service. He is a long-standing member of the Huron and District Labour Council and is a proud volunteer firefighter in his community.
