The Equity Mentorship Program is designed to reduce barriers to leadership positions within the federation for members of First Nations, Métis, Inuit and/or equity seeking groups.

The goals of the Equity Mentorship Program are to support mentees to unlock their leadership potential, expand their knowledge of OSSTF/FEESO, the wider labour movement and their networks. The structured nature of the Equity Mentorship Program will help ensure that knowledge is built, leadership skills further developed, a strong connection to the local is forged and that the program is focused on pathway building.
