In order to deal with your requests quickly and efficiently, we will need to properly identify you within our database so please include the following details in your email (or have them handy when calling):
- Membership ID (if known)
- Home address
- Home phone #
- The last 3 digits of your SIN #
- A non-employer email address
- Date of Birth (optional)
- Work location (if available)
Register for an account by clicking on the “Register now” link above (you will need to provide your first and last name, working email address and choose a strong password). Once registered, activate the account by clicking on the link provided in the verification email sent to the address you provided on sign-up. Your account will now be active. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the Log In button. Note: Some services are provided to Active members in good standing only and further verification may be required to access these services.
OSSTF/FEESO Membership ID
Your OSSTF/FEESO Membership ID can be found on your OSSTF/FEESO Membership Card and contains digits only. Please visit the following webpage for more information, if you don't know your membership ID.
