OSSTF/FEESO has made the issue of bullying in the workplace a priority that must be addressed at all levels. OSSTF/FEESO’s goal is to ensure that all members have safe and healthy workplaces.
As a first step in achieving this goal, OSSTF/FEESO, ETFO and OECTA commissioned a survey of members to determine the incidence of bullying in the workplace.
