The president of OSSTF/FEESO or its representatives have several opportunities during the year to speak directly to members or other interested parties. During these speeches the president provides information on current OSSTF/FEESO policies and positions, challenges in bargaining and on future directions.

They are of interest to all members because they provide a snapshot into the positions of the union, the challenges being faced, the plans to be implemented and the political action campaigns to be conducted.
