Additional Qualifications (AQ) and Additional Basic Qualifications (ABQ) courses can be used for upgrading qualifications to move to a higher Certification Rating Statement grouping or for professional growth.

OSSTF/FEESO members are cautioned not to pursue a course for upgrading on the QECO Certification Plan without having obtained prior written approval from QECO. It is imperative that the course is both acceptable and applicable to the individual member's upgrading. To request a course approval, apply to QECO at applications.qeco.on.ca for evaluation. Place a note in the application asking for course approval.
